Priority Pfizer vaccinations for those in LGAs of Concern

With extra Pfizer vaccines being made available through priority appointments, the NSW Government has renewed the call for people who live in Local Government Areas (LGAs) of concern to book in to get vaccinated as soon as possible. There are a large number of appointments still available over the next two weeks, especially at Qudos Bank Arena so please read more here to see where you fit in and how you can book for a priority appointment.

Additional rules for the LGAs of concern

There are a number of additional rules for the LGAs of concern, some that already apply and some that will come into effect over the next week. These changes will have an impact to our people, workplaces and operations. We want to give some reassurance to our people that we are working through these and will provide updates as they become available. For more information on some of the new restrictions announced last week please read more here.

Greater Sydney lockdown extended

In response to the evolving Delta outbreak, the NSW Government has extended the current lockdown in Greater Sydney until the end of September, and introduced new rules targeting the Local Government Areas (LGAs) of concern, where the majority of new cases are emerging.

You can view the full list of additional rules and Police special powers on the NSW Government Website.

We are continuing to work through what the full impact of these new restrictions mean for our people, workplaces and operations and we will share any updates to this information with you when it is available.
