Evolving Work: Plan and prepare for the future workforce requirements of Transport.
People Strategy: Set and drive the strategic direction for the people and culture of Transport.
Employment practices: Ensure reporting obligations, compliance and people risk management requirements are met.

Over the last month we've been developing a purpose statement for People and Culture. We've taken your feedback on board and have made some changes to create the following draft purpose statement: "We partner to drive workforce solutions that align to business outcomes and support our people to thrive."
