Your first week: get to know us
The Transport cluster is a complex environment, made up of five large agencies. As you might expect, we are highly regulated, which reflects our commitment to upholding the NSW Government's principles of transparency and integrity.
Note: The links marked with a padlock symbol require access to the Transport network, which will be provided to you upon commencement.
Our culture
We are building a culture across the Transport cluster where all employees are valued, inspired and supported.
It’s important to us that our workplace is flexible, agile, innovative and diverse. We want you to be proud of the work you do, and celebrate our successes in making NSW an easier place to get around and better place to live.

Our commercial partners are also obliged to observe our Statement of Business Ethics in their dealings with Transport.
Conditions of Employment - Agreements, Awards and Enterprise Agreement
Transport Service Senior Executives and Transport Service Senior Managers are covered by the Transport Senior Manager and Senior Executive Conditions Instrument. This covers employment conditions relating to leave, higher duties and other conditions of employment.
Award/Enterprise Agreement employees - Each Transport agency has its own award or enterprise agreement which covers the conditions of employment of award/enterprise agreement employees.
All award/enterprise agreement employees also have access to accrued days off/flex days based on your hours worked.

Our strategy
We have a clear vision for the future of Transport and have identified priority areas to focus on to make this vision a reality. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the corporate plans for each Agency.
