Your first days: what to expect
On day one there's two key things to remember:
- Keep yourself and others safe. Don’t do anything that feels risky or dangerous.
- Focus on great customer service. Our customers are the centre of everything we do.

Note: The links marked with a padlock symbol require access to the Transport network, which will be provided to you upon commencement.
Intranets
Our central sources of information are the intranets (available to you only after you've started and have a log on). There’s one for each agency within the Transport cluster.
- TfNSW Intranet
- Roads and Maritime Intranet
- Sydney Trains Intranet
- NSW TrainLink Intranet
- State Transit Intranet
Our intranets are a window to the other agencies within Transport.
