    Sydney Trains gets women into trades

    The Sydney Trains Apprentice Unit won Champion of Diversity and Inclusion at the 2017 Transport Awards. Watch the video to learn how the team attracted more than 100 women to apply for apprenticeships and doubled the number of women hired. Consider the actions they have taken and what you can do to make a difference in your team.
