The structure

The following structure is effective for communicating the Transport Narrative.

It helps to overcome barriers and build credibility by:

  1. Stating that transport is a priority for us, because it's a priority for the people of NSW
  2. Acknowledging the mistakes of the past in a quick and non political way
  3. Emphasising that we have a plan to address the current situation and make transport faster, safer and easier
  4. Reminding briefly of projects delivered to prove that we've delivered for them (e.g. Pacific and Princes highways, Opal cards)
  5. Providing the facts and benefits of the projects we have coming relatively soon
  6. Directing where to go for more information.
