Project Management is the combined art and science of planning, organising and managing resources to get a particular project done on time, within budget, and with the results that the organisation set out to achieve.

In the past few decades, organisations have discovered something incredible: the principles that have been used to create enormous successes in large projects can also be applied to projects of any size to emulate similar success.

This module will ensure you are able to undertake a simple project yourself, or play a significant role in a large or more complex project.

    1. Cost: The financial constraints of a project, also known as the project budget
