The Network Growth Portfolio Aboriginal Trainee program provides on the job training across several critical projects such as Automatic Train Protection, Metro and More Trains More Services. In two years the trainees have grown professionally and we’ve seen them kick some really big goals along the way, including successfully completing two formal qualifications in project management and securing longer term employment with Sydney Trains or across TfNSW.
