TfNSW and Sydney Trains Electrical Distribution Unit have partnered to deliver the Electrical Learning Centre (ELC) at Chullora to help train accredited rail electricians. The ELC replicates an electrical operating environment providing students with theoretical, practical and virtual training without the need to be in a live environment.
