Break through
Metro has been busy with several completed projects and major, exciting milestones achieved. Sydney city tunnelling is now complete. TBM ‘Mum Shirl’ broke through at Barangaroo in mid-January and four out of five TBMs are finished with 97 per cent of tunnelling complete – only the second harbour tunnel is left.
