Sydney Trains took centre stage at the annual AusRAIL conference with discussion of the changing customer experience and prize-winning pitches in the Young Professionals Pitching Competition. Timothy Lang was the winner – his idea was using gamification to encourage commuters back onto public transport, with points and rewards delivered through a travel app to inspire teams and individuals to take the train.
