Welcome to the new Scholar Program Talent HQ page. One of the great things about this site is that you can access it from home, even if you aren't in the office. What that means is if you decide not to work during the semester or you have exams, you can stay up to date on all things Entry Level Talent Programs related.
I'll update the page regularly (weekly) with updates, events and documents. I also encourage you to post your questions in the discussion board where either me or another Scholar will provide an answer.

Are you able to upload the process document for working overtime / recording Time in Lieu?

Hi Erin,
We are still in the working on updating these documents and will be able to publish these on Talent HQ shortly. In the meantime, please give ELTP a call if we can help you with anything.

G'day Rahman,
I expect to have a projected quarter day of accrued flex remaining on my ARF after the final settlement period of the year (4/01). With the accrued flex needing to be used before the 31st of January, how will that remaining accrued flex hours be transferred to the 2019 attendance record?
Cheers

When you carry flex forward from one year to another, you add it manually to the new Attendance Record Form.
If you're curious about how to do this, look at the January tab in your 2018 Attendance Record Form. At the top of the spreadsheet, there is a box in the middle of the page. The first line in that box says 'Days brought forward'. You will type in the number of days you are bringing into the new year.
Your program manager will send you the 2019 Attendance Record Form early next year (we don't create the template and have to wait for another team to release the document.)
G'day Rahman, I've started my part time hours at june/july and i have already filled in the first parts of my pdp with myself and my placement manager. When should i review my pdp with my placement manager?

Hi Anthony,
There is a process document for completing your PDP and this should have the answers you're looking for.
Thanks
Rahman
Hi Rahman, there may be a potential opportunity for me to travel for a project that I am helping facilitate for a day, requiring flights but no overnight travel (will come back on the same day). Is the process for approval the same as outlined in the travel process document (Travel as requested by placement)?
Thanks,
Samantha

Hi Samantha,
Yes, you will need to follow the process outline in the 'Travel as requested by placement' document.
Thanks

Hi Rahman,
Would you be able to post the guide to claiming non-travel expenses (i.e. university fee reimbursement) to the document library?
The document library is a really useful resource
Thanks,
Erin

Thanks for the feedback Erin.
We are currently in the process of creating a process document for claiming reimbursement of university fees and will have it up on Talent HQ once it's ready.
Thanks
Rahman
Hi Rahman,
If we aren't working during the semester, do we still need to complete the Part-Time hours survey?
Thank you,
Tarnpreet

Hi Tarnpreet,
Yes, if you are a Scholar and choose not to work during semester you are still required to complete the survey and enter 0 for all 5 days.
