  • Talent Catch Up - The SCARF Model

    Scarf

On Friday 30 November around 50 Grads, Cadets, Scholars and VET Cadets caught up in Petersham for a half-day session on ‘The SCARF Model'. This brain-based framework is designed to enhance self and social awareness and improve the quality of daily interactions. It helps us recognize the core concerns of others (which they may not even understand themselves) and guides our choice of words and actions. There were lots of opportunities for personal reflection and activities to help participants to use the model to improve their stakeholder management. If you missed it, check out the slides here.
