    3. Update your Graduate Profile

    · Your one page profile helps the business assign you to a relevant team and helps your placement manager give you meaningful tasks that build on your previous experiences.

    · Save with the following naming convention: Full_Name_Graduate_Profile_Aug_2019.pdf and email a PDF copy to TalentPrograms@transport.nsw.gov.au by COB Friday 10 May 2019.

    4. Submit your preferences

    · Submit your preferences for August 2019 placement via this online survey by COB Friday 10 May 2019. Review the questions to help you prepare. You must choose at least 3 out of the 5 preferences within your headquarters.

    · Late or incomplete responses will not be accepted and Entry Level Talent Programs will allocate your placement on your behalf.

    · You are not able to complete back to back placements within the same business unit/ section.

    · Preferences are taken into consideration but are not a guarantee that you will be allocated to a preferenced placement.

Please note: Whilst we understand that RMS will not exist in its current form in August, you will still be able to preference divisions in RMS as per the current structure. As we draw closer to your rotation date and gain a better understanding of the broad organisation changes, we will be able to talk to you about how the upcoming changes may impact your placement.

Once we receive your submission, the ELTP team will work the leaders in your preferred business area to assign you to a team or project. Your placement will be confirmed by early June.

You are welcome to contact me if you need clarification on the process or would like to discuss preferences prior to completing the survey.

    Warm regards,

    Mary

  • IT Update - RMS Email Accounts

    CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.

    Hi All,

Hope you are well and enjoying your new placements.

We seem to still have a few teething problems with IT, in particular new RMS email accounts.

At the moment those who have been recently placed in RMS are able to send and receive emails from other RMS accounts, but are not able to receive emails from Transport or Rail including Talent Programs.

I have raised a ticket with IT to have this resolved ASAP. As an interim solution ELTP will communicate through your transport account and/or your personal email until this is resolved.

    Thanks
