Women leaders

At Transport we're committed to improving the gender balance within our leadership team. This will help us develop a culture that is more customer-focused, innovative and attractive to talented, diverse staff.

Our Women in Leadership Online Community online site is a place where you can get information and resources, join discussions, watch videos and continue networking online.

Aboriginal representation

Aboriginal design

Across the Transport cluster we are committed to celebrating Aboriginal culture and creating an inclusive and proud environment.

The Transport Aboriginal Online Community Padlock is a place where Aboriginal employees can connect and interact with one another, get access to resources and information about Transport programs and initiatives and get involved in discussions.

If you are an Aboriginal employee that would like access to the Transport Aboriginal Online Community, contact the Diversity and Inclusion team on: diversityandinclusion@transport.nsw.gov.au

Learning and development is an essential part of the Transport experience. You should be thinking about how to progress your career throughout the year, as part of your ongoing Performance and Development discussion.

Each agency has a Welcome Day for new starters and e‑learning modules are assigned and guided by your agency's Learning Management System.

If you are a leader, also ask your manager about the Driveit Padlock leadership development program.
