How to vote on the 2022 Enterprise Agreement
Your vote is your voice, so have your say on the 2022 Enterprise Agreement.
Voting opens: Tuesday 24 January 2023 at 10:00am
Voting closes: Monday 30 January 2023 at 10:00am
Who can vote?
Anyone who is covered by the current Enterprise Agreement is eligible to cast a vote on the 2022 Enterprise Agreement.
How will the vote be conducted?
The voting process will be conducted by an independent company, Vero Voting.
Vero Voting is an experienced voting provider and was the agency used to support the vote for the Proposed Variation to the Sydney Trains Enterprise Agreement 2018 in March 2021.
If you are eligible to vote, Vero Voting will send details about how to vote to your work email address, with your unique Username and PIN. If you haven't accessed your work email for some time, check you still have access and contact IT if support is required.
The vote will be conducted electronically. You can place your vote online, by phone or via SMS. If voting online, use Chrome as the preferred browser.
Remember that each eligible employee can only place their vote once.

For employees overseas, follow these additional guidelines.
What happens after the vote closes?
After the votes have been counted, Vero Voting will notify us of the result.
If more than 50% of employees who cast a ballot vote ‘yes’, the 2022 Enterprise Agreement will then go to the Fair Work Commission for approval.
