The Central Station Metro team lifted the first four of 42 new escalators that will be installed at Central Station. They will provide access to the new Sydney Metro platforms and the existing suburban platforms. The escalators were expertly lifted by a tower crane across the sky late at night – no doubt a strange to the few people that were around the station at that hour.
