Our new operating model embeds the needs of our customers and communities in urban and regional areas across NSW; helps us deliver multi-modal, end-to-end customer journeys; and create better places to live, work and visit. It also tries to address where we have duplication, inconsistency, gaps or new opportunities.

How you can get involved

• Sign up to an information session on the divisional pages

• Send your feedback through the online form by 5pm Friday 29 November

You can look through the proposals and provide feedback on all divisions. We are running this consultation for all divisions at the same time, so everyone can see the full picture and how the functions relate to each other.

For Sydney based staff, you will find out more about proposed work locations from 18 November.
