Going through change at work can be challenging, particularly when there’s uncertainty about what’s going to happen.

Resilience and wellbeing through change

This session will help us understand our own thoughts and feelings during times of uncertainty and change. It will provide practical tips on how to navigate yourself through change and uncertainty, give each person time to reflect on their personal state, and build a personal plan to enhance your wellbeing.

Managing others through change and uncertainty

This session will provide people leaders practical strategies on how to guide and support their teams through change and uncertainty. It will aim to increase leader awareness and ability to manage the emotions of change, and maintain team engagement and productivity.
