My Wellbeing is a facilitated learning and reflection session available to all people at Transport to provide individuals with the time to reflect on their current state of wellbeing. The sessions will also help individuals identify the areas that they may need to maintain or improve to ensure they are able to stay buoyant through a period of change and uncertainty. The session will provide practical suggestions for individuals to improve or elevate their wellbeing.

How to manage the emotions of change is a facilitated learning session that aims to increase leader awareness and ability to manage the emotions of change, maintaining team engagement and productivity.

The focus of the session is on understanding common emotional responses to change, whilst providing practical tips to Leaders to manage these emotions so they can support their team members to successfully transition through change.
