Consultation for corporate functions – one week to go

We have one week to go on our consultation about corporate functions for Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink and wanted to share some themes from the feedback so far.

To date, we have received over 260 pieces of feedback via the online feedback form and over 100 questions received through staff briefing sessions. We have answered your key questions on the Q&A page and encourage you to keep sending in your feedback.

Governance update – our new Enterprise Risk Management framework

As part of the Governance Workstream we have improved on our Enterprise Risk Management Framework so that it provides more robust risk criteria as well as consistency with other processes across Transport.

The new framework, now on our TfNSW intranet, came into effect on Wednesday 1 July 2020 with the first quarterly reporting period ending Wednesday 30 September 2020 for divisional-level risks.
