Consultation on a proposal about corporate functions

Consultation is open for a proposal to consider integrating corporate functions in Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink into the Evolving Transport process currently underway in Transport for NSW.

More information on the proposal can be found on this article and the Q&A webpage. Anyone from across Transport can provide feedback via our online form until 5pm Wednesday 15 July.

Branch organisational design for Groups A and B has restarted

Over the last two months we took the opportunity to further clarify how we operate at Transport and reflect on lessons learnt from previous stages of Evolving Transport. As restrictions are now easing in NSW, our organisation is taking the road to recovery and has restarted the organisational design work.

The insights we found during lockdown are informing and accelerating the branch design of Group A and B. Branch leaders are currently mapping out the design program and timelines for each of the branches, and these will be shared with branch team members over the next few weeks including how you can get involved.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to your branch leader or your division’s business partner.
