At Transport, we’re encouraging employees to work flexibly. Research shows that employees find it difficult to initiate a conversation with their manager and team about flexibility. If you work flexibly, how did you prepare for the conversation with your manager? Do you have any tips for other employees who would like to work more flexibly?
