Driving gender equality

Our recent ‘Listen and Learn’ forums across the Transport cluster have identified that we need to do more in the following areas to accelerate progress on gender equality: 

1. Values, attitudes and behaviours

2. Policies and processes

3. Capability and development

4. Talent and mobility. 

What are some practical actions you think we can take to make the biggest impact in these areas?

    What can mid-level and senior-level managers do to encourage and enable gender equality in their teams? I couldn't see any specific resources on the TfNSW website. Are there courses, mentoring programs, training programs?
