Love this Sarah! i'm' more Amanda...tho far from the ideal. i love doing a walk-meeting, finding it really good to get out of the office and get the body moving. Body-brain connections are activated way more than sitting at a desk. I've worked in co-working spaces several times before and it can be done really well. It does pay to adopt some mental and behavioural flexibility. Yes, the days of 9-5 are truly falling away! I fully support the work with your energy not your time approach.

So fascinating Ryan! And great timing with NAIDOC Week. Language is so important. it's the basis of understanding and empathy. Something we all can do with more!
