September Updates from Talent

Welcome back ELTP Business Partner, Jolene Ou Yong! Jolene has just returned to work after having her second baby boy. Jolene works Wednesday to Friday. Be sure to introduce yourself at the next ELTP event.

Mary and Niki have now returned from a well-deserved trip to Italy. Ben Hooper Mathias is currently on leave. Please send all urgent enquiries to Talent Programs.

A new cohort of VET Cadets will be starting late October, so keep an eye out for new talent participants joining your office. If you see them, make sure to introduce yourself and make them feel welcome.

Talent Programs facilitated a Positive Thinking Workshop on 14 September to encourage the soft skills of communication, negotiating, resilience and stakeholder management. Thanks to everyone who attended and participated!

The Transport Cluster will be holding a stall in support of the KKO and to promote Entry Level Talent Programs and other employment opportunities within Transport. If you are in Dubbo feel free to drop in and say hello while witnessing one of the best Rugby League carnivals in Australia.

Talent Forum 2018:

The Talent Forum is an annual event that provides participants in the Entry Level Talent Program (ELTP) an opportunity to access professional development, recognition and program updates.

The 2018 theme Human Centred Design (HCD) is a creative and innovative approach to problem solving. As suggested by the name, HCD keeps the customer at the centre of all decisions.
