Consultation - Rostering and transfer guidelines
We are consulting on draft roster and transfer guidelines for On Board Services Employees (OBS) and station staff. The leader checklist will help you to:
- Plan your consultation session
- Run the session effectively
- Understand what you need to do with employee feedback and questions
The draft guidelines for consultation are below:

You can use the leader feedback form to record employee queries and feedback during the consultation session.
EA Implementation - Leader toolkit
The leader toolkit for the EA will help you to:
- Know what will change and when
- Know what you need to do differently when the EA is live
- For those approving timesheets - know what you need to check so that new/changed employee conditions are reflected correctly
- The toolkit DOES NOT replace or replicate the Enterprise Agreement 2022
