Health Tips Outside of Work

You spend most of your week outside of work (hopefully!), so that’s when it’s most important to look after yourself. Physical activity, as we know, is important in keeping us fit (more on some activities below), but below are some handy tips on how you can improve your diet which is just as crucial to how your mind and body feels.

It’s pretty difficult to find the time to go for a run or lift weights while at work, so what other than eating responsibly can you incorporate as part of your time in the office to look after your body? Stretches! Sitting for a prolonged period of time can have a negative impact on your body and movement. Below are some easy and subtle stretches you can do at or beside your desk!
