Fun facts about the Talent team!

Rahman Natapradja – Cadet and Scholar Program Manager

Rahman is entering his 14th year since joining Transport. He started as a Training Coordinator and moved through system upgrades and the migration of training to Success Factors. For the last 2 and a half years, Rahman has been managing the ELTP Cadet and Scholar programs.

Rahman’s dream career was to be a professional athlete. Rahman played a great number of different sports from basketball to soccer, rugby League and athletics. At one point, it was his dream to coach the Sydney Kings, maybe we can organise a Transport team?

Since he was young, Rahman always wanted to go sky diving. Maybe he’ll be able to bring along the rescue dog he adopted earlier this year!

Gabby PuskasTalent Development Specialist

You may have seen Gabby around the 2020 Induction for our new recruits or the most recent ELTP Engagement Session. She is currently on secondment and is supporting the team with several initiatives; attracting, recruiting and developing our up and coming talent.

Gabby first joined Transport in 2016 as a Graduate and completed four, six-month rotations across Transport. One of her four placements was in ELTP and this is where her passion for the space started. Since then, she has become a Mentor to Graduates, Buddy to VET Cadets and delivered multiple projects with the team including the 2020 Induction refresh.

Throughout high school, Gabby never imagined she would end up in the space she is working in today. She aspired to be a teacher, architect, vet and graphic designer.

Gabby has a five-year-old dog called Marley which she rescued from the puppy pound. She also shares a beautiful rabbit called Bambi with her boyfriend of four years. Check out their cute photos below! Aww

When she isn’t at work, Gabby spends quality time with her family and friends, binge watches Brooklyn Nine-Nine and dreams of owning her own farm (by the water) with a lot of animals. She had her first overseas trip at 18 years of age and has since been to 13 countries (with Hawaii and Croatia being her favourite).
