Meet Tracey Taylor, Executive Director, People and Culture Business Partnering, People and Culture

Tracey will support our leaders and people in her new role as Executive Director, People and Culture Business Partnering.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

I'm looking forward to the opportunity to redefine the way People & Culture supports our leaders and teams at every level of the organisation, and pushing us to keep putting people at the heart in all we do.

What’s your biggest career achievement to date?

I'd say the challenge of bringing our Future Transport vision from a strategy into a workable organisational structure has been a huge achievement. It shifts our thinking from being focused on separate modes to end-to-end journeys and from customers to communities and places. It's a great change to be a part of.

What was your last job?

Director of People, TfNSW (since 2018).

Transport is my first public sector role. It's been a steep learning curve, but I do really love that we have such a clear and positive purpose. 'For the greater good' is not an empty catchphrase, it's at the core of why we do what we do every day and I'm very proud to be a part of that.
