What are the biggest opportunities for you and your team working in this new operating model?

Working with Greater Sydney colleagues to achieve better place outcomes for our customers as we continue to deliver new Metro lines.

What’s your biggest career achievement to date?

Opening the North West Metro line on time and well under budget.

What would you like to achieve in 2020?

To continue to deliver fantastic customer experience on North West Metro, to complete the tunnelling under Sydney Harbour for City and South West Metro, to get our early works underway for Metro West and move Metro Greater West on to the next stage.

What excites you most about your role and team?

We have one of the largest projects in public transport delivery in the world today. Working together, we can make a real difference to people’s lives and create new and vibrant places as part of Sydney’s growth as a major global city.
