Employee Conditions and Entitlements (Operational staff)

There is a two-year employment guarantee for all STA operational employees from the time the new operators commence.

This means a guaranteed job until:

• late 2023 for Region 8 operational employees;
• early 2024 for Region 7 operational employees; and
• mid 2024 for Region 9 employees.
