Infrastructure Build – we're transforming transport now but we're also building for the future
Customer and Services – it's all about the customer and making it faster, easier and safer for you
Rural and Regional – faster, easier and safer no matter where you live
By focusing on a content theme and telling a consistent story, the NSW public will develop an understanding of how we are making progress in these areas.
How to use the content themes
Even if you don’t use the Transport Narrative, all your communications should be aligned to our five core content themes for consistency and reporting.
When you are developing communications, pick the relevant content theme (or two) and use the Transport Narrative structure to get your message across. Find examples or proof points to demonstrate what we have already delivered within that content theme and also what we will deliver in the future.
