Applications are now open - Streaming 2019

Hi all,

Applications are now open to apply for the Graduate program via our internal streaming process. If you are a Cadet or Scholar that is due to complete your degree by July 2019 or December 2019 and are interested in streaming onto the TfNSW Graduate program, we require you to submit your application to talentprograms@transport.nsw.gov.au. Please note by applying for this program you are agreeing to a position within your current region of employment if successful.

Your application will need to include the following:

  • A cover letter (max one page) that outlines your skills, experience, why you want to join the TfNSW Graduate program and your suitability to the role.
  • A copy of your latest updated resume.
  • Confirmation of when you plan to complete your qualification (including any required industrial experience) by - July or December 2019.
  • A copy of your most recent university transcript.
  • A copy of your latest, placement review signed by your placement manager i.e. PDP.

Applications will close at 11:59pm, Sunday 5 May 2019.

Conditional offers will be made on the following conditions:

  • Satisfactory completion of your undergraduate degree.
  • Satisfactory performance/behaviours based on placement reviews submitted.
  • Satisfactory attendance and leave.
  • Satisfactory performance at an interview and Assessment Centre with Entry Level Talent Programs.

Please note that failure to submit an application will eliminate you from the opportunity to stream onto the Graduate program in August 2019 OR February 2020.

Estimated Process Time Line

We are aware that this process is starting a little later than previous years. We are awaiting final approval, but in lieu of this we have agreed to commence the application process the below is an indicative timeframe.

February 2020 Streamers - induction program 29 January 2020
