TfNSW’s Finance and Investment team (FID) had a blast getting together for an afternoon tea to launch this year’s People Matter Employee Survey.
While enjoying delicious food, the team reviewed changes they have made over the last year in response to the survey. They have also displayed colourful People Matter Employee Survey posters around the office and managers have been sharing reminders and response rate leader board updates with staff to build team morale and encourage some friendly competition.
And it’s working – 59.4% of Finance and Investment Division have already had their say!
