Keeping you in the OD Loop Issue #49

Hi everyone

Meet and Greet

This week met Sam Deguara (TfNSW Lead OD Consultant as our interface) and we are excited to be working with him to manage the pipeline of work for TfNSW. Each of the Directors will be sitting down with Sam over the coming weeks to talk through each of their respective teams role and responsibilities.

More videos!!!!

Over the coming weeks we will be launching the following two videos to help build the knowledge around Conscious Inclusion and Flexibility across the cluster. Both of these videos were a great example of collaboration between the Diversity and Inclusion Team, Design and Delivery and Comms. Thanks to all involved for the great work. Check them out below!

Engagement News

Employee Survey engagement results are out. These were shared with the cluster executive team on Monday, we will be sharing out results really soon! Thank you to everyone who had their say and has given us great feedback.

Budgets what we know

There will be a 10% cut to operating budgets given to leaders this year cross transport. We don’t know what that means for us in OD yet (in terms of $$’s to spend on projects which I know some of you are keen to find out about) we will let you know as soon as we do (we are as keen as you to know!).

We have also started the process of confirming our pipeline of work with the business. Started with Sydney Trains Maintenance Directorate and this builds on the work the OD teams have done with Operations directorate.

Fight animal cruelty with cupcakes!

Come along and play with some of the RSPCA pups and buy some cupcakes at Petersham office on Thursday 31 August at 10am (Courtyard area, Petersham) to support this worthy cause.

For all you keen bakers out there we would appreciate your efforts in baking some goodies for this fundraising event (cupcakes, savoury items, gluten free options, slices etc), please let Nectaria know by Tuesday if you’re happy to donate your baked items for this event.

Thank you to Linda Harvey for offering to bake one of her delicious creations which will be raffled on the day to raise funds.

The money raised will help provide veterinary care, nutrition, shelter, rehabilitation and the chance for an animal to be rehomed. You will also help keep RSPCA inspectors on the road, run education and support programs, and improve the welfare of animals every day. Your effort and kindness will make a difference to animals in need.

If you don't have cash on the day, we can take an IOU or you can make a donation online Donate here

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend.
