People and Culture Review

Dear OD Team Members

Following on from briefings which I conducted for OD Staff at the Transport Training Centre last Thursday (updating on the current status of the People and Culture review) as well as briefings that were delivered to OD/HR Business Partners and relevant staff from Transport Shared Services, please see (to the right) copies of the briefing pack that was presented as well as a current list of frequently asked questions.

A communications pack to all clients is being finalised and will be sent out shortly so I would ask you not to distribute the materials on this site to non HR/OD staff as it is appropriate that clients receive their update direct from Elizabeth.
