October - November updates from ELTP

Welcome Riddhi and Gabby

Entry Level Talent has two new staff on board to support ELTP, Riddhi and Gabby.

Gabrielle Puskas, Talent Development Specialist:

Gabby has recently joined the Entry Level Talent Programs team on a four-month secondment. As a Talent Development Specialist, Gabby will be helping recruit our next Entry Level Talent Participants, as well as redesigning our current learning and development offerings. Previous to this, Gabby worked as a Project Officer in the People and Culture Branch, where she delivered one of the largest recognition award programs, the Transport Cluster Awards. Gabby first joined Transport as a Graduate in January 2016 and has led and implemented projects across multiple disciplines including diversity and inclusion, innovation and information technology.

Prior to joining Transport, Gabby worked in the private sector for Westpac and Pacific Magazines. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, where she majored in Marketing and Technology.

In her own time, Gabby enjoys a work life balance that allows her to spend time with her partner, family and friends, play netball and binge-watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Gabby is really looking forward to meeting you all over the coming months and invites you to share your opinions on how we can make Transport an even better place to work.

If you would like to add Gabby on LinkedIn, here is her profile.

Riddhi Parikh, Volume Talent Specialist:

Riddhi joined Transport for NSW in April 2019 as a Recruitment Coordinator. She was working as a Volume Talent Specialist (VTS) for Entry Level Talent programs. Her role as a VTS involved providing a range of administration and support services with a focus on volume recruitment activity. This included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for new starters. She has recently left the team and is scheduled to get married overseas. We’d like to thank Riddhi with all her help in the Graduate, Cadet and Scholar recruitment for 2020 and wish her all the best in the future.

Niki Ikonomopolous, Business Partner:

Niki has been in Entry Level Talent Programs for a while, and has recently been successful in attaining an Associate Co-ordinator role in Roads & Maritimes Services. We’d like to thank Niki for everything she has done during her time in ELTP and wish her all the best in her new position.
