The workshop highlighted the importance of soft skills and how to use these skills to excel within a TfNSW role.

The topics covered throughout the week included:

· Stakeholder engagement

· Accountability

· Project management

· Superannuation and personal budgeting

· Personal management for productivity

· LinkedIn

The graduates also had the opportunity to experience a tour of the Rail Operations Centre (ROC) in Alexandria where they witnessed the world class facility working together to deliver services to the rail network.

Rodd Staples made an appearance during the workshop to have a session about the future direction of TfNSW. He also shared his journey in becoming the Secretary and the challenges along the way
