Meet Jas!

Meet Jas, officially Jasmin Streimer. In her regular day job Jas is the Director Transformation and has been A/Director Service Experience & Planning. Add to that Jas is our lead negotiator for the Enterprise Agreement on behalf of NSW TrainLink. Soon you’ll get to see Jas out on the road with the team and sharing updates on how everything’s going. Here’s a little more info:

How long have you been at NSW TrainLink?

I joined Transport in November 2016 with Sydney Trains and moved across to NSW TrainLink in 2019. The people are great - I haven’t looked back!

What interested you about the role?

My passion is people. I’ve worked in Workplace Relations pretty much my whole career (don’t ask me how long that is!!). My purpose has always been about achieving the best outcomes for both the people and for the business. Improving the way we do things is really important to me as well as the outcome we achieve together.

What do you hope the Enterprise Agreement will achieve?

I’m truly excited about the future ahead for TrainLink. The agreement we’re working on will give our people more opportunities into the future and enable us to deliver better for our customers while maintaining what we love about being a part of this business. It’s a great focus and outcome for us!

Our bargaining team is made up of a network of people from across the state working in all different roles and at all different levels. That’s what makes it an agreement designed by us for us. Everyone will have a role to play in this agreement – something I'm really excited about. All of us in the team look forward to sharing more about the details with everyone over the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
