A message from the A/ Chief Operating Officer

This week, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) continued to conciliate between NSW TrainLink, Sydney Trains, and the Combined Rail Unions on matters relating to the proposed Enterprise Agreement.

Commissioner Riordan, who oversaw this process is currently considering next steps. As always, we remain committed to reaching a resolution for our people and our customers.

The FWC hearing will resume on 6 October. We will keep you updated on the outcomes of this hearing and what’s next for the Enterprise Agreement process.
