Helping our leaders to become more inclusive

A key component of Transport’s Diversity and Inclusion program is educating our people leaders about Conscious Inclusion. Following the Conscious Inclusion workshops for our top 250 leaders earlier this year, we are continuing to support our senior team on this journey with some excellent new resources.
