2022 Enterprise Agreement approved by Fair Work Commission

We’re pleased to share that this afternoon the Fair Work Commission (FWC) approved our Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Enterprise Agreement 2022, which we submitted for approval earlier this week.

The Agreement will take effect from 17 February 2023.

As you know, the arbitration hearing in relation to the outstanding matters took place this week. We’ll keep you updated on the progress once we hear more from the FWC about this.
