Going through change at work can be challenging, particularly when there’s uncertainty about what’s going to happen.
Getting the support you need during times of change is vital, which is why we have developed face-to-face support sessions focussed around change and resilience for our people and leaders in RMS and TfNSW as we transition to our new operating model. Sessions are currently being scheduled across a number of sites with plans to roll out across further locations in the near future.
