Government relations & executive coordination: Support the Secretary and Transport leadership govern the Cluster, including managing Transport governance committees and the information flows between Transport and Government, including Cabinet and the Ministers.
Enterprise planning & performance: Coordinate and drive enterprise strategy, planning and performance analysis, including integrating planning activities with finance, technology and people management and with customer and community outcomes.
Enterprise risk & internal audit: Provide independent advice and challenge on risk management across Transport, and providing independent assurance through internal audit services.
