EA application update

We have an update on the application for approval of the enterprise agreement, which was made yesterday, 7 February 2023, to the Fair Work Commission (FWC). The new enterprise agreement can only come into effect after it is approved by the FWC.  

The arbitration hearing in relation to the outstanding matters commenced today and is scheduled to run until Friday 10 February 2023. We will keep you updated on the progress of both the application and the arbitration when we hear more from the FWC.
