The Transport Narrative is our overarching story for external audiences about what we’re delivering across NSW. It has been developed and tested with the public and has been approved by our three ministers and the Transport cluster executive.
The story helps us to overcome communication barriers by firstly acknowledging people’s concerns and giving them examples to prove that we are delivering for them. We then give them examples of our exciting plans for the future.
It's a storytelling approach that works. People are more open to listening, because we have gained credibility and addressed important points for them up front.
