To create a productive routine while working remotely, we’ve developed Personalised Planner Toolkits. The Personalised Planner toolkits help employees and people leaders keep on track of short-term goals and identify ways to incorporate wellbeing and connection into a daily routine.

Two Personalised Planner Toolkits have been created; a people leader planner and an employees planner. Here are some details about each toolkit:

  • Planner for leaders – the Personalised Planner for leaders helps to establish a daily or fortnightly planner with team members while applying the ‘Five Ways of Leading’. The toolkit has many resources to improve productivity and tips on managing the challenges that may arise with working flexibly.
