Happy Monday Everyone!!
- Looking out for each other
Last week Paul and I presented the Safety Leadership Hub at the Due Diligence Forum, made up of the Officers across Transport including Tim Reardon. This week Paul received very positive feedback from PACS team on the presentation and project deliverables. Well done to the Safety Leadership Project team.
All the safety films are on the site, including the bloopers and the amazing film featuring Angus Mitchell and his decision making story.

The site aligns to our design principles – 24/7, on any device, pull content, designed to be delivered by leaders, integrated (the safety films are included in Embark) and short sharp story driven content.
As part of the our People Strategy the D&D team have led the creation of how learning can be designed and delivered in the future - Vision and Business Case. The working title is ‘Future People’. We are developing this strategy in sprints, checking in at each development milestone and increasing involvement as each stage receives the Green Light.
Thank you to all the people who have contributed so far. The exciting news is that Elizabeth Mildwater has endorsed the high level Future Vision and so we are gearing up for the next sprint. We look forward to working with you as the project is bought to life.
We have won a Workplace Excellence Award in partnership with Deloitte under the banner of Emerging Fields in Organisational Psychology for the Inclusive Leadership Assessment rollout here at Transport. http://www.workplaceexcellenceawards.com.au/finalists/
This has been a great team effort between Leadership and Corporate and Diversity and Inclusion teams. A special callout to David Monti who has worked tirelessly on this project and made a significant contribution to the award submission.
Great news! The On-boarding guides have been updated and published on The Source- http://www.stayinformed.com.au/od-documents
Just to clear up any confusion that may have been caused - The Learning Delivery Team (Tracy Keevers) still reports to Design and Delivery (Stacey Edmonds). The Engineering & Operations Delivery org unit is the Learning Operations team (Liz Lovell and the Planning & Coordination team) and they remain reporting through to Linda Harvey.
- EOI Director Program Management Services
Liz Lovell has been successful in the opportunity to act in the role of Director Program Management Services. This is the substantive role of Linda Harvey who is acting Executive Director (this week) and then acting Director Strategy & Performance (previously held by Craig Knappick)
From time to time we will be featuring short people profiles of our OD colleagues. This week, we say Hi to Ben Lowe and Nina Ajaj :)

We have one goodbye this week, Natalie Moore who has been holding the forte awesomely whilst Bec Duffy was on maternity leave. She is off on holiday next week and returns to TSS October 10th.

Have a great week!
