Hello Tallawong!

More than 500 members of the local community visited Tullawong Station last Sunday for a sneak peek at Australia’s first completed metro railway station.

The group got to admire the station’s cool canopy design, which was inspired by the local blue gum leaf found in Sydney’s north west and check out the cutting-edge technology that we’re using in this ground breaking, fully accessible project. We’re talking platform screen safety doors on the edge of platforms, lifts and new metro trains with multi-purpose areas, not to mention the Tallawong commuter car park with 1,000 spaces!

Watch the live broadcast from the day to get in on all the action and soak up the buzz around our brand new metro rail line.
