Earlier this month, the Transport Cluster Leadership Commitee (TCLC) and I travelled up north to Grafton to spend some time getting to know our regional teams from NSW Train Link, RMS and TSS.
While we were there we did a few site visits to Harwood Bridge and the new Grafton Bridge. We also visited Grafton Station (including train crew accommodation and staff training facilities), the RMS Licensing facilities and TSS offices in Grafton.
I really enjoyed meeting the different teams and getting a better understanding of their roles and challenges. It was also a great opportunity to spend some time with some of our RMS grads who were working on the Woolgoolga to Ballina section of the Pacific Highway upgrade.
